Our History

A Cut Above Tree Care was founded in 1993, and we have accomplished so much over the years. To create a world where our focus has been on tree preservation and using the most up to date methods and techniques.

Our Founder Jose Ospina “Pancho” was a humble hard working man. He spent several years working for a large tree company residential and commercial service company before venturing off on his own.  He started his small company with a beat-up old truck and grinder.   Pancho dedicated his life to A Cut Above; he strived to always provide best services and prices in the area. 

In 2012 Pancho passed away and his son in law Steven took over as president and CEO.
